Cynthia Earle is a global tourism strategist and destination marketing expert with a focus on cultural authenticity and empowerment. Originally from the Hudson Valley, New York, Cynthia attended the illustrious Howard University on a full scholarship and graduated with an honors degree in International Business. Her coursework and internships laid the foundation for her career at the intersection of global markets and storytelling.
With over 15 years of experience working with international NGOs, cultural institutions, and multinational brands, she specializes in creating impactful, inclusive marketing strategies that celebrate local identities and promote sustainable travel. Her work centers on elevating destinations through meaningful storytelling and data-driven insights, with a particular emphasis on diverse narratives and the empowerment of Black and African women in the travel space.
Cynthia’s peripatetic lifestyle has taken her across the globe—living in Santo Domingo, Rio de Janeiro, New York City, and Los Angeles—experiences that deeply inform her nuanced, cross-cultural perspective. Fluent in English and Spanish, with intermediate proficiency in Portuguese and beginner skills in French, her multilingual abilities enhance her ability to engage international audiences and develop culturally relevant, localized campaigns.
As a passionate advocate for inclusive tourism, she is committed to creating equitable opportunities across the travel industry—amplifying voices from marginalized communities and advancing representation at every level. For Cynthia, travel is not just a career—it’s a calling to build bridges, share stories, and make space for communities often left out of the narrative.
When she’s not crafting strategy, Cynthia is a multi-hyphenate creative—painting, curating global music playlists, and dreaming up her next cultural adventure.
Her work—both strategic and artistic—is grounded in a simple belief: the heart of every destination is its people.
